Orchgentic is an open-source AI orchestration framework designed to help developers and organizations build, coordinate, govern, and operate agentic AI systems and workflows.

- Integrations
- Connectors
- Governance tooling
- Observability tooling
- Operational AI infrastructure
Features and functionality may evolve over time.
Developer-Alpha Notice
Alpha Software
Orchgentic is currently released as developer-alpha software.
Developer-alpha software may contain:
- Bugs
- Incomplete features
- Breaking changes
- Experimental functionality
- Undocumented behavior
Use Orchgentic at your own risk.
We strongly recommend testing in non-production environments before operational deployment.
Open-Source Licensing
The Orchgentic core runtime is provided under the applicable open-source license included with the project repository.
Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable license terms.
Third-party integrations, providers, APIs, and dependencies may have separate licensing terms and usage restrictions.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Configuring their deployments
- Securing infrastructure
- Managing credentials
- Controlling provider access
- Monitoring agent behavior
- Validating outputs
- Governing operational workflows
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Orchgentic provides orchestration infrastructure, but users remain responsible for how systems are deployed and used.
Operational AI and Runtime Governance
Orchgentic may enable AI agents to interact with operational systems including:
- APIs
- Databases
- Cloud services
- Business systems
- External tools
Users are responsible for:
- Enabling or disabling tools
- Configuring runtime policies
- Enforcing governance standards
- Validating autonomous actions
- Monitoring operational safety
Orchgentic encourages governed operational execution rather than unrestricted autonomous behavior.
Third-Party Services
Orchgentic may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to:
- Gmail
- LLM providers
- APIs
- Databases
- Cloud platforms
- External software systems
Use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers.
Orchgentic is not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- API limitations
- Provider behavior
- Pricing changes
- Data handling performed by third parties
No Warranty
Orchgentic is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orchgentic disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Reliability
- Operational availability
- Uninterrupted service
We do not guarantee that Orchgentic will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any specific operational environment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orchgentic and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Users assume responsibility for operational deployment decisions.
Prohibited Use

- Harmful or abusive activity
Users are responsible for ensuring deployments comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
The Orchgentic name, branding, logos, documentation, and related materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Open-source licensing of the runtime does not grant ownership of trademarks or branding assets unless explicitly stated.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Updated versions will be posted on the official Orchgentic website or repository.
Continued use of Orchgentic after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to hosted services, community platforms, or related offerings if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.
Future Services
Future versions of Orchgentic may include hosted services, enterprise offerings, cloud runtimes, or commercial products.
